Return and Refund Policy

At Filtered Face Gadgets, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process, in compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items with factory defects within 7 days of receiving your order, following these conditions:

- Original Tags: All original tags must be attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
   - Opened software
   - Personalized items
   - Items marked as final sale

At Filtered Face Gadgets, we follow the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394). Returns and exchanges are permitted only for items that are defective. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customers who change their minds or order the wrong item.

Please note that we cannot process refunds or replacements for issues unrelated to product defects.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return
 
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
 
Contact Us: Email our customer service at sales@filteredface.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs
 
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent). If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Refund Process
 
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

5. Exchanges
 
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds
 
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@filteredface.com.

 

7. Consumer Rights

In accordance with R.A. 7394, you have the right to:
 
- Return defective products and request a refund or exchange.
- Be informed of your rights regarding purchases, including the right to a refund for products that do not meet your expectations.
