You may return items with factory defects within 7 days of receiving your order, following these conditions:

- Original Tags: All original tags must be attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
   - Opened software
   - Personalized items
   - Items marked as final sale

At Filtered Face Gadgets, we follow the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394). Returns and exchanges are permitted only for items that are defective. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customers who change their minds or order the wrong item.

Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent). If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges
 
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of items. Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery timelines, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, peak seasonal demand, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping method, delivery address, and quantity of items purchased. The shipping cost may increase if you are buying two or more items. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

At this time, we only ship within the Philippines. We do not offer international shipping.
